步入市场经济以来,地市党报承受着日趋严重的竞争压力,强化受众意识,适应读者需要,满足读者需求,不断拓宽生存与发展的空间,成为其新世纪改革与发展的主要内容。要提高地市党报的市场竞争力,我认为当务之急必须要正确处理五种关系。 正确处理指导性与可读性的辩证关系,强化可读性地市党报应该服从和服务于地方党委和政府的中心工作,对实际工作起到指导和促进作用,这是毋容置疑的。但是,这种指导性应该通过提高宣传报道艺术,让舆论吸引读者自觉接受来实现。倘若一张报纸缺乏可读性,人们读起来味同嚼蜡,它的宣传效果就会大打折扣,指导性也就成为一句空话。有些地市党报之所以缺乏可读性,不外乎两方面原
