2016年5月2日,来自河北科技大学、浙江大学医学院的研究人员在Nature Biotechnology(以下简写为“NBT”)期刊上发表题为“DNA-guided genome editing using the Natronobacte riumgregoryi Argonaute”的论文(以下简写为“NBT论文”)[1].该论文介绍了一种新的基因组编辑技术,即利用格氏嗜盐碱杆菌(Natronobacte riumgregoryi)的Argonaute(以下简写为“NgAgo”)来实现DNA引导的基因组编辑.参与这一研究的是河北科技大学的韩春雨副教授团队.
On May 2, 2016, researchers from Hebei University of Science and Technology and Zhejiang University School of Medicine published a paper entitled “DNA-guided genome editing using the Natronobacte riumgregoryi Argonaute ” in Nature Biotechnology (“NBT” The paper describes a new genomic editing technique using Argonaute from Natronobacter riumgregoryi (hereinafter abbreviated as “ NgAgo ”) to perform DNA-guided genome editing.He is involved in this research team of Associate Professor Han Chunyu from Hebei University of Science and Technology.
