缺乏运动会有许多的害处,比如肥胖等。但人们可能未必知道,缺乏运动也会对骨骼造成骨折伤害。“骨折?那不是运动才会导致的吗?不运动怎么会导致骨折呢?”你也许会这样问。其实,骨是一种具有独特结构的高密度组织,根据结构主要被分为皮质骨和松质骨两类。而在这两类中,松质骨对维持骨骼形态的作用更大。虽然松质骨仅占人类骨量的20%,但是它却构成了80%的骨表面。换句话说,松质骨是保护人类骨骼不受伤害的第一道防线。
