根据吉林省人事厅关于强化专业人员继续教育及国家教委关于高等院校开设“文献检索与利用”课的文件精神。鉴于吉林市科技情报队伍中,多数从事情报工作人员没有进行过科技情报专业系统学习,为加强科技情报队伍建设及落实科技情报“八五”规划的要求,在吉林省情报学会大力支持下,吉林市情报所举办了全市企事业单位科技情报人员岗位培训班。该班于1991年11月25日正式开课。由吉林省情报学会聘请三位教授担任教师,学习的主要内容包括:企业实用情报技术;文献检索与利用;情报研
According to the personnel department of Jilin Province on strengthening professional continuing education and the State Board of Education on the “document retrieval and utilization” course of higher education, the spirit of the document. In view of Jilin’s scientific and technological intelligence team, most of the intelligence personnel engaged in the study did not engage in systematic study of science and technology intelligence. The class was officially opened on November 25, 1991.
