新生儿死亡率是评价一个国家或地区医疗水平的标准之一。降低新生儿死亡率已成为妇幼保健工作者的重要任务。为查明新生儿多发病和主要死因,为围产期保健提供依据,现将我院1986～1989年收治的1116例新生儿病例进行分析。
Neonatal mortality is one of the criteria for evaluating the health care in a country or region. Reducing neonatal mortality has become an important task for MCH workers. In order to find out the polyneuropathy and the main cause of death, provide the basis for the perinatal health care, we nowadays hospital from 1986 to 1989, 1116 cases of newborns were analyzed.
