稠油蒸汽吞吐井有其独特的生产过程 ,井温的变化会引起原油粘度和产能的变化 ,现有单独的管式泵不能较好地适应这种变化。采用变排量抽油技术能消除因粘度升高造成的不利影响 ,提高泵效、延长油井生产周期、增加周期产油量。本文介绍了这种泵的结构装置和工作原理、变排量时机的选择及变为抽稠油泵时杆柱下行受力计算方法。用CYB44/70变排量抽油泵在单家寺和乐安油田的蒸汽吞吐井进行了现场试验 ,试验证实 ,该项技术延长了油井的抽油周期 ,增加了周期产油量。
Heavy oil steam huff and puff wells have their own unique production process. The change of well temperature will cause the change of viscosity and capacity of crude oil. The existing single tube pump can not adapt to this change well. The use of variable displacement pumping technology can eliminate the adverse effects caused by viscosity increase, improve pump efficiency, extend oil production cycle, increase cycle oil production. This article describes the structure of the pump device and working principle, the timing of variable displacement and into the pump when the pumped down force calculation method. Field tests were carried out on steam huff and puff wells of Shanji Temple and Le’an Oilfield with CYB44 / 70 variable displacement oil pump. The test proves that the technology prolongs the pumping period of the oil well and increases the oil yield of the cycle.
