改革开放20年来,我国在利用外资方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。但是,随着利用外资实践的不断发展,也暴露出一些突出的问题。本文将从资本、技术、市场、就业及税收、提高对外开放水平等五个角度入手,客观分析外资对我国经济发展的效应。
Over the past 20 years of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in utilizing foreign investment. However, with the continuous development of the practice of utilizing foreign funds, some prominent problems have also been exposed.
