随着我国经济的发展和城市化进程的不断推进,越来越多的农民工进城务工,寻求更多的就业机会,但城市生活不同于农村生活,农民工进入城市后会产生很多适应问题,那么面对农民工的城市适应问题,我们该怎么办呢?社会工作坚持以人为本的理念,帮助社会中的弱势群体解决困难,实现助人自助。社会工作者相信农民工有自己的潜力,能够自己解决问题,这为农民工城市适应问题的解决提供了新的思路。本文在分析当前我国农民工城市适应问题状况的基础上,提出了社会工作介入农民工问题的路径,为解决当前的农民工问题提供新的视角。
With the development of our economy and the progress of urbanization, more and more migrant workers go to cities to work and seek more employment opportunities. However, urban life is different from rural life. Migrant workers will have a lot of adaptation problems when they enter the city , Then what should we do in the face of urban adaptation of migrant workers? Social work insists on the concept of people-oriented, helping disadvantaged groups in society solve their problems and help others to help themselves. Social workers believe migrant workers have their own potential and can solve their own problems, which provides a new way of solving the problem of urban adaptation for migrant workers. Based on the analysis of the current situation of migrant workers ’urban adaptation in our country, this paper puts forward the path of involving social workers in migrant workers and provides a new perspective for solving the current migrant workers’ problems.
