胜任特征是以模型的形式揭示个体在履行职责过程中应具的、较为持久的潜在特征。档案管理工作具有较强的社会服务性,特定专业岗位与环境同样具有不同的“胜任力”的要求。本文对档案管理者的胜任特征及其有益启示进行了分析研究。
Competency is a form of a model that reveals the longer-lasting potential features an individual should have in carrying out his or her duties. Archives management has a strong social services, specific professional positions and the environment also have different “competency ” requirements. This article analyzes the competence of archivists and its beneficial enlightenment.
