A preface Steel sub-temperature quenching is an effective toughening measures, it is heated to the austenite and ferrite two-phase zone after quenching a process. Its organization is characterized by high strength ma mu body and ductile phase ferrite mixed organization. Low, medium carbon steel or alloy structural steel using this process, without reducing or slightly reducing the material strength, significantly improve the toughness and plasticity, in particular, can significantly improve the impact toughness, low temperature toughness and high temperature reversible temper brittleness and so on.
