反应性氧族(ROS)涉及多种肺疾病的损伤机理。正常衬于呼吸道的液体中含有多种抗氧化剂,对保护和防御损伤起重要作用。ROS的作用涉及细胞、亚细胞水平及离子转移与信号的转换。对上述机理了解的目的,在于预防和治疗ROS可能发生的肺损伤。
Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) are involved in the mechanisms of damage in a variety of lung diseases. Normally the fluid lining the respiratory tract contains a variety of antioxidants, which play an important role in protecting and defending against damage. The role of ROS involves cells, subcellular levels and the transfer of ions and signals. The purpose of understanding these mechanisms lies in the prevention and treatment of lung injury that ROS may occur.
