第一机械工业部与沈阳市工业生产委员会,最近在沈阳联合召开了全国高效率夹具经验交流会议。会议上交流了沈阳风动工具厂,沈阳第一机床厂、沈阳东盛韧铁件厂、郑州纺织机械厂等关于采用气动、电动以及拼合夹具的经验。会议一致认为:采用和推广高效率夹具是提高生产率,减轻工人劳动强度,提高机械化水平,向自动化、半自动化前进的—项重要措施。为了便于大家学习在这次会议上所交流的经验,本刊特在这里选择一部分经验介绍出来,作为大家革新夹具的参考。
First Machinery Industry and Shenyang Industrial Production Committee, recently held in Shenyang, the country’s high-efficiency fixture experience exchange meeting. The meeting exchanged information on Shenyang Pneumatic Tools Factory, Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Plant, Shenyang Tungsheng Toughness Iron Factory, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Factory, etc. on the use of pneumatic, electric and split fixture. The meeting agreed that adopting and promoting high-efficiency fixtures is an important measure to increase productivity, reduce worker’s labor intensity, raise the level of mechanization, and move forward to automation and semi-automation. In order to facilitate everyone to learn the experience of the exchange at this meeting, this article here choose some of the experience introduced, as a reference for everyone to update the fixture.
