介绍了一种电力弓同故障监测系统,该系统利用安装于机车电力弓上的冲击加速度传感器和眼位传感器,监测电力弓与异物磁撞和接触导线在弓上左右位移超限的故障,通过红外发光管发送故障的编码信号,由司机室顶部的红外接收电路接收、解码并处理.当故障发生时,由机车运行监视器记录故障的类型,发生的时刻和地点.本系统可发现电力机车弓网的隐患,已在电力机车上试用.
This paper introduces a fault monitoring system for power bow with the use of impact acceleration sensor and eye position sensor installed on the power bow of the locomotive to monitor the magnetic striker and foreign body magnetic impact and the contact wire in the bow on the left and right displacement over the limit of the fault by Infrared LED to send the fault code signal, the top of the cab by the infrared receiver circuit to receive, decode and process. When the fault occurs, the locomotive running monitor records the type of fault, when and where it happened. The system can be found in electric locomotive bow network hidden dangers, has been tested in electric locomotives.
