经中共中央宣传部批准设立的、中国音乐界唯一的综合性专家大奖中国音乐《金钟奖》的评奖、颁奖活动于2001年5月19日在河北廊坊市落下帷幕。《金钟奖》的宗旨是坚持文艺为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向和“百花齐放,百花争鸣”的文艺方针,表彰和奖掖在音乐工作中成绩卓著、贡献突出的音乐工作者,树立勤学苦练、努力创新、勇于攀登艺术高峰的楷模,促进音乐艺术水平不断提高,进一步繁荣和发展我国社会主义音乐事业,为精神文明建设做贡献。 中国音乐《金钟奖》设荣誉奖、单项成就奖和特别奖。对有突出贡献的音乐家,创作、表演、教育、理论、评论、编辑出版、音乐科技研究等突出成果进行褒奖。《金钟奖》评选强调和坚持导向性、权威性、公正性。
With the approval of Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the only comprehensive expert award in Chinese music industry won the award and prize presentation ceremony of Chinese music “Golden Bell Award” on May 19, 2001 in Langfang, Hebei. The purpose of the “Golden Bell Award” is to insist on the literary and artistic guideline of “Literature and Art for the People, Service for Socialism” and the “all-out flowers, contend for all kinds of flowers”, commend and reward musicians who have made outstanding achievements and made outstanding contributions in music work, Hard work, innovation, brave to climb the peak art of the model, promote the continuous improvement of the art of music, and further prosperity and development of socialist music in our cause, make contributions to the construction of spiritual civilization. Chinese music “Admiralty Award” set the honorary award, single achievement award and special award.
