不同于普通的城市社区,位于黄山市徽州区徽州人家社区是2013年底成立的新居民安置小区,大部分居民是从龙井、永兴、上街、下街、广惠和丰乐、中山、文峰三个社区搬迁过来的失地农民。如何从农民实现向居民过渡?又如何为这些新居民做好服务,提升他们的幸福指数?2014年徽州人家社区以开展党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机,强化网格化管理,推进“金管家”服务,打造和谐自治社区,经过一年多的努力,目前该社区人和安定、秩序井然,党的群众路线教育实践活动取得实实在在成效,帮助这些“失地农民”实现了华丽转身。
