武都西隧道在施工过程中表现为围岩变形大,钢拱架出现剪断、严重扭曲,喷射混凝土掉块、剥落,内鼓侵限,支护结构受到严重破坏。围岩变形严重危及隧道安全并制约施工进度。本文结合武都西隧道从支护方面对软岩隧道的围岩变形控制进行比对、分析,从而得到能有效控制武都西围岩变形的具体措施,为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
In the process of construction, the Wuduxi Tunnel showed large deformation of surrounding rock, shearing of the steel arch, serious distortion, dropping of concrete shotcrete, spalling and intrusion of inner drum, and serious damage to the support structure. The deformation of the surrounding rock seriously jeopardizes the safety of the tunnel and restricts the construction progress. In this paper, we compare and analyze the surrounding rock deformation control of soft rock tunnel from the aspect of support and support by the Wudu Xixi Tunnel, and get the concrete measures that can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock in the west of the wudu, providing references for similar projects in the future.
