介绍了笔者所在医院实际工作中创新提出的一种结构简单、安装容易、可实现多视角放射治疗情况视频实时监控与同步记录的优点的直线加速器(LA)放射治疗全息视频监控与记录装置。该装置同时实现多叶光栅控制界面视频及包括LA机架角度、射野大小、治疗照射剂量跳数等LA治疗参数控制界面视频实时监控与同步记录,具有治疗计划与治疗执行两个界面同步对比、同步记录的优点。这也是放射治疗管理与持续改进的必要的质量控制与质量保证措施。
This paper introduces a linear accelerator (LA) radiotherapy holographic video surveillance and recording device which is innovated in the actual work of the author’s hospital and has the advantages of simple structure, easy installation, real-time video monitoring and simultaneous recording of multi-view radiotherapy conditions.
