本文针对高职教育教学推进工学结合人才培养模式改革和工学交替教学模式改革带来的对教师教学能力的挑战,分析了教师在新的挑战面前提高自身的学习能力、实践能力、方法能力和亲和力等教学能力对学生职业素养的形成所产生的影响。同时指出了当前面对工学结合人才培养模式改革教师普遍存在的能力缺陷。
This paper aims at the challenge of teachers’ teaching ability brought by the reform of the mode of combining engineering with learning and the teaching reform of the mode of work-study combination in the teaching of higher vocational education. It analyzes that the teachers improve their learning ability, practical ability, method ability and affinity before the new challenge Such as teaching ability on the formation of the professionalism of students.
