用益气助阳口服液500mg/Kg及200mg／kg剂量对小鼠灌胃给药，观察对小鼠爬杆、耐缺氧、耐低温，对阳虚小鼠脏器系数及记忆障碍的影响。结果表明：益气助阳液的两个剂量组与盐水对照组比较，爬杆时间分别延长了168.1％和109．8％；缺氧状态下的存活时间分别延长了32．4％和30．1％；低温状态下的存活率提高45％和40％。并可非常显著增加由氢化可的松造成肾阳虚小鼠的胸腺重量（P＜0．01）及显著增加肾上腺的重量（P＜0．05），同时，益气助阳口服液还可使小鼠在水迷宫试验中，达岸率提高了92．5％和75．0％。表明益气助阳液具有提高机体免疫力和记忆力的作用。
The mice were intragastrically administered with Qiqiyang Oral Liquid 500mg/Kg and 200mg/kg, and the effects of climbing rods, hypoxia tolerance, and low temperature tolerance on mice’s organ coefficient and memory impairment in mice with Yang deficiency were observed.
