阐述了微通道板(MCP)输出信噪比的概念内涵,提出了MCP输出信噪比测试的具体实现方法。设计了MCP噪声特性分析系统,该系统由真空系统、电子枪组件、高压电源系统、信号处理模块、数据采集和控制模块、计算机和测试软件等部件组成。利用热阴极组成面电子源,产生的面电子流作为输入信号,采用硬件滤波和软件数字滤波相结合的方法对MCP的输出电子流信号进行了处理,实现了MCP输出信噪比测试。利用该系统在不同测试条件下对MCP的输出信噪比进行了测试,并对测试结果进行了分析。
The connotation of the output signal to noise ratio of the microchannel plate (MCP) is expounded, and the method to test the signal to noise ratio of the MCP output is proposed. The MCP noise characteristics analysis system is designed. The system consists of vacuum system, electron gun assembly, high voltage power supply system, signal processing module, data acquisition and control module, computer and test software. The output current signal of MCP was processed by the combination of hardware filtering and software digital filtering using the surface electron current generated by the hot cathode as the surface electron source and the generated surface electron flow as the input signal to achieve the MCP output signal to noise ratio test. The system was used to test the output SNR of MCP under different test conditions and the test results were analyzed.
