目的建立下颌骨升支高度推断活体年龄的方法。方法收集新疆汉族6-20岁青少年(男113名,女124名)拍摄的头颅侧位片,测量下颌骨升支高度(Co-Go),使用SPSS21.0统计软件建立数据库,进行简单线性回归分析,建立年龄推断方程。结果通过直线相关分析,结果显示年龄与下颌升支高度具有相关性(r=0.80,P<0.001)建立年龄(Y)与下颌升支高度(X)回归方程:Y=-18.516+0.059X。结论通过测量头颅侧位片中下颌升支的高度可进行年龄推断,将为新疆地区牙科法医学在活体年龄推断领域提供参考依据。
Objective To establish a method to infer the age of mandible ascending branch. Methods The skull lateral radiographs were collected from 6-20 year-old adolescents of Han nationality in Xinjiang province (113 males and 124 females). The co-go height of the mandible was measured. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 statistical software to perform simple linear regression Analysis, establishment of age inference equations. The results of linear correlation analysis showed that age and height of mandibular ascending were correlated (r = 0.80, P <0.001). The regression equation between age (Y) and mandibular ascending height (X) was established as Y = -18.516 + 0.059X. Conclusion The measurement of the height of the mandibular ascending branch in the cephalometric slice can be used to infer the age, which will provide a reference for the field of intimacy of age in dental forensic medicine in Xinjiang.
