目的:探讨妊娠期高血压并发脑血管病的临床特点、发病机制和预防办法。方法:回顾性我院46例妊娠期高血压并发脑血管病患者的临床资料,分析其临床特点、发病机制和预防办法。结果:本研究46例妊娠期高血压并发脑血管病患者,均给于积极有效的对症治疗,45例母婴均平安,1例母婴均死亡。结论:定期开展相关检查,积极做好预防保健,密切观察和重视的诱发因素能够降低妊娠期高血压患者并发脑血管疾病的发生率,早重视,早治疗,改善预后。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features, pathogenesis and prevention of hypertensive complicating cerebrovascular disease during pregnancy. Methods: The clinical data of 46 patients with hypertensive complicated with cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical features, pathogenesis and prevention were analyzed. Results: In this study, 46 cases of hypertensive pregnancy complicating cerebrovascular disease were given positive and effective symptomatic treatment, 45 cases of mother and child were safe, 1 case of maternal and infant deaths. CONCLUSIONS: Regularly carry out the relevant checks, and actively take preventive health care, closely observed and valued evoked factors can reduce the incidence of hypertensive patients complicated with cerebrovascular disease in pregnancy, early attention, early treatment and improve prognosis.
