在当前卫生事业工作中,如何提高广大卫生职工的政治思想觉悟,理顺职工情绪,调动广大职工的积极性和创造性,为卫生事业的改革和发展献计出力,成为我们卫生事业单位行政人员的义不容辞的责任。在现在的情况下还存在着,职业道德建设、职工技术素质的提高以及职工工资构成、收入状况、对工资制度改革的意见建议、按劳分配和按生产要素分配相结合的有效实现形式的看法及由此而产生思想问题。
