导语著名红学家、古典文学专家、诗人、书法家周汝昌先生于2012年5月31日凌晨1点59分于家中去世,终年95岁,遗愿不开追悼会,不设灵堂。当记者问及周老留下的遗产,他的孩子说:“他哪有什么遗产!他住得很简陋,说是红学大家,完全是一个穷人。”所谓学术赤子,就是作为一位知识分子,就应该时时刻刻对学术发展充满敬畏感,对学术研究无限忠诚、情趣盎然,富有赤子情怀。特别在遇到物质诱惑的时候,能保持孩童一样的天真,不贪恋财富。有了这种宁静品格、寂寞心态,学术之树才能永葆常青。
