刑事申诉制度是我国刑事诉讼的基本制度之一,检察机关刑事申诉职能决定了刑事申诉检察工作是检察机关化解社会矛盾工作的重要组成部分。刑事申诉检察承担着对不服人民检察院诉讼终结的刑事处理决定和不服法院生效的判决、裁定申诉的受理、立案、复查、执行,是刑事案件当事人寻求司法救济、纠正检察机关错误决定和法院错误判决的重要途径。
Criminal appeals system is one of the basic systems of criminal proceedings in our country.
