随着经济社会的发展,服务区经济已成为高速公路经济的重要组成部分,服务区的服务质量、水平与品牌形象,越来越受社会各界所关注。本文基于国内外各地经验实证分析下,通过对国内外各地服务区管理模式演变的对比和研究,发现“一体化、专业化、规范化、市场化”是服务区发展的趋势,是目前最有利于提升服务区社会效益和经济效益的管理模式。
With the economic and social development, service area economy has become an important part of expressway economy. The quality of service area, service level and brand image are more and more concerned by all walks of life. Based on the empirical analysis of various domestic and international experiences and through the comparison and analysis of the evolution of the service area management modes at home and abroad, it is found that “integration, specialization, standardization and marketization” is the trend of service area development. Beneficial to enhance the service area of social and economic benefits of the management model.
