为了解生命泉流浸膏（ＦＥＳＯＬ）抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型（ＨＳＶ－２）的效果，以无环鸟苷（ＡＣＶ）作对照药，采用ＭＴＴ法和细胞病变（ＣＰＥ）抑制法进行体外实验观察。结果：ＭＴＴ法测得ＦＥＳＯＬ的ＴＣ５０为１．３９ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ＩＣ５０为０．０４１ｍｇ／ｍｌ，治疗指数（ＴＩ）为３３．９；以ＣＰＥ抑制法测得ＦＥＳＯＬ的ＴＣ５０为１．６１ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ＩＣ５０为０．０５５ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ＴＩ为２９．２７。与ＡＣＶ相比，ＦＥＳＯＬ在体外有明显的抑制ＨＳＶ－２的作用。
To understand the effect of FESOL on anti-herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2), acyclovir (ACV) was used as a control drug and MTT assay and cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition method were used to observe in vitro. . Results: The TC50 of FESOL measured by MTT assay was 1.39 mg/ml, IC50 was 0.041 mg/ml, and the therapeutic index (TI) was 33.9. The TC50 of FESOL measured by CPE inhibition method was 1.61 mg/ml. The IC50 was 0.055 mg/ml and the TI was 29.27. Compared with ACV, FESOL significantly inhibited HSV-2 in vitro.
