纺织类工科院校的学生很受企业欢迎,但企业却不得不面对毕业生普遍眼高手低、动手能力差的现状。工科人才培养通过创新与改革以适应纺织业新形势发展的需要,是每一所纺织院校都要面对的现实问题。苏州大学纺织与服装工程学院在教学内容、教学方法、教学管理等方面进行了一系列大胆地探索和改革,取得了很好的效果。“创新型工科人才培养模式的改革与实践”这一课题也因此获得了“纺织之光”2011年度中国纺织工业联合会教育教学成果一等奖。
Students in textile engineering colleges are very popular with the enterprises, but the enterprises have to face the status quo of the graduates who are generally poor and their hands-on skills are poor. The training of engineering talent through innovation and reform to meet the needs of the development of the new situation in the textile industry is a reality that every textile institute must face. Textile and Clothing Engineering College of Suzhou University conducted a series of bold exploration and reform in teaching content, teaching methods and teaching management, and achieved good results. “Innovative engineering personnel training mode reform and practice ” This issue also won “Textile Light ” 2011 China Textile Industry Federation Education Teaching Achievement Award.
