通过烧结杯试验,研究不同TiO2质量分数对中钛型烧结矿质量的影响。研究表明烧结矿TiO2质量分数在2.8%~4.4%,随着TiO2质量分数增加,烧结矿转鼓指数、成品率、还原性和低温还原粉化指数均降低;钛磁铁矿质量分数增加,易还原的含铁矿物相钛赤铁矿、铁酸钙减少;烧结矿的气孔率增加,强度较好的交织熔蚀结构减少,骸晶状钛赤铁矿质量分数增加,性脆且不具有黏结作用的钙钛矿质量分数增加,其晶粒变大填充于交织熔蚀结构,这是烧结矿质量下降的主要原因。
