引起新闻界和法律界广泛关注,涉及大陆、台湾、香港三地的中华绿豆沙外观设计专利侵权案,日前已由长沙市中级人民法院作出了一审判决。长沙市顺兴工贸副食品批发部、西区鸿发副食品批发部等六被告被依法判令立即停止侵权行为,并赔偿原告经济损失19万元。至此,一起因诸种原因而被宣传媒介炒得沸沸扬扬,名动港台,并引起诸多法律争议的外观设计专利侵权案暂时告了一个段落。

The patent infringement case involving the Chinese mung bean paste design involving the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong has recently made a first instance verdict by the Changsha Intermediate People's Court. Changsha Shunxing Trade and Food Wholesale Department, West Hongfa Food Wholesale Department and other six defendants were ordered to immediately stop the infringement and compensate the plaintiff economic loss of 190,000 yuan.
