统计部门要想使自己成为社会经济信息的主体部门和国家重要的咨询、监督机构,就必须适应国家政治、经济形势发展的需要,有的放矢,锐意创新,独辟蹊径。我省一些地区和县区统计局,就是在这种思想的指导下,在统计管理体制、统计制度方法等方面进行了改革探索。本文虽然只是在我们有限的视野内摄取的几个镜头,但它却能在一定程度上反映我省基层统计工作和统计改革的风貌。
In order to make itself the main body of social and economic information and an important advisory and supervisory body in the country, the statistics department must adapt itself to the needs of the development of the country’s political and economic situation, set its targets and innovate creatively. Under the guidance of this kind of thinking, the statistical bureau of some regions and counties in our province conducted the exploration of reform in terms of statistical management system and statistical system methods. Although this article only takes a few shots in our limited field of vision, it can reflect to a certain extent the style of grassroots statistical work and statistical reform in our province.
