滤波器、记录仪等这类包含4至16通道的仪器校准工作量大,随着自动化和智能化系统越来越多的引入到仪器测试中,多通道仪器的校准也面临新的发展。介绍了目前仪器自动化校准的应用情况,对比了不同类别和层次自动校准方法的优缺点。阐述了利用模块化编程方法,构建通用模块化校准系统的核心思想,以及系统原理和软件运行方案。为实现包括多通道仪器在内的仪器设备的通用自动化校准提供了可行方案。
Calibration of multi-channel instruments such as filters, recorders and other such instruments with 4 to 16 channels requires a lot of work. As more automated and intelligent systems are introduced into instrumentation, multi-channel instrument calibration is also undergoing new developments. The current application of automatic instrument calibration is introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of automatic calibration methods of different types and levels are compared. It expounds the core idea of using modular programming method to build a universal modular calibration system, as well as the system principle and software operation plan. It provides a feasible solution for universal automatic calibration of instruments and equipment including multi-channel instruments.
