钻眼是煤矿井巷掘进作业中的主要工序之一,既费时又繁重。因而不断研究钻眼速度快、耐磨性好、制造工艺先进、价格便宜的新型钎头便成为凿岩施工的急迫愿望。 近年来,随着科技事业的进步及生产建设的不断发展,各种新型钎头相继出现,特别是镶有新牌号硬质合金的马蹄一字形钎头及各种球齿钎头的出现,已大大推动了钻眼技术的向前发展。 然而,目前煤矿普遍使用较小冲击功凿岩机、岩石不大坚硬的情况下,究竟用什么样的钻眼钎头合理,能达到钻眼速度快、耐磨性好而又经济的目的?笔者经长期试验研究认为SY型硬质合金,钎头基本上能解决上述问题。 这种钎头与普通一字形钎头类似,不同的是用柱状硬质合金代替了片状硬质合金,其凿刃呈断续状。在钻眼时,由于钎刃与岩石的接触面积减小,有效地利用了钎子传来的冲击力,故可加深钎刃每次凿入深度,从而提高钻眼速度。此外,也充分考虑了岩石具有脆性,当钎头被冲击时,其破碎面积远
