在进出口商品检验活动中,商检人员与企业的各种商业活动紧密相连,商检人员可以很容易地也是不可避免接触到企业的各种商业单据,如合同、发票、装箱单、信用证、提单等,这里面包含着企业的许多商业信息,这些商业信息中有很大一部分是企业的商业秘密,因此,他们的权益就有可能受到某种有形无形的侵害。为了保证企业的商业秘密不受侵害,商检人员有义务替企业、替用户恪守商业秘密。
