目的:总结连续性静脉血液滤过透析(CVVHD)治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)合并多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的治疗效果。方法:2004年～2009年82例SAP合并MODS患者在综合治疗的基础上进行CVVHD治疗。结果:82例患者,治愈49例,治愈率59.75%(49/82);院内死亡24例;9例在CVVHD治疗后放弃治疗,出院后死亡。治疗后有关生化指标等有明显改善。结论:CVVHD治疗SAP有明显疗效,能有效救治临床并发症,降低死亡率。
Objective: To summarize the therapeutic effect of continuous venous hemofiltration (CVVHD) on acute severe pancreatitis (SAP) combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods: From 2004 to 2009, 82 patients with SAP combined with MODS were treated with CVVHD on the basis of comprehensive treatment. Results: In 82 patients, 49 cases were cured and the cure rate was 59.75% (49/82). There were 24 hospital deaths. Nine patients were given up treatment after CVVHD treatment and died after discharge. After treatment, biochemical indicators have been significantly improved. Conclusion: CVVHD treatment of SAP has a significant effect, which can effectively cure clinical complications and reduce mortality.
