海峡两岸经济目前已走向机制性整合,即通过构建两岸协定性经济合作制度框架熏推动两岸经贸关系的深入发展已是必然趋势。在目前合作的基础上,通过两岸当局授权、民间协商,组建多个经济类别的共同委员会,签署相关合作协定;在不违背WTO规则的前提下,签订“两岸自由贸易区”性质的协定,推动两岸经济合作的机制性建设;两岸应逐步达成关税同盟,最终形成两岸共同市场。
At present, the economy across the Taiwan Strait has been moving toward a mechanism of integration. That is, it is an inevitable trend that the promotion of the in-depth development of cross-Strait economic and trade relations through the establishment of a framework for cross-Strait agreement and economic cooperation. On the basis of the current cooperation, through the authorization of both sides of the Taiwan Strait and through informal consultations, the two sides will form a joint committee of various economic categories and sign the relevant cooperation agreement. On the premise of not violating the WTO rules, sign the “Agreement on the Free Trade Area between the Strait” So as to promote the institutional building of cross-Strait economic cooperation. The two sides of the Taiwan Strait should gradually form a customs alliance and eventually form a cross-Strait common market.
