本文系2006～2011年潍县萝卜生长发育研究,品种提纯复壮,田间设施种植,整合优质高产高效栽培方案,以及田间调查,查阅文献,走访原潍县菜农与知名老人,筛选所获资料分类编入萝卜史话、潍县萝卜概述、潍县萝卜营养生长、生育环境条件、种植技术、创新栽培、采收与贮藏和当前产品质量存在的问题及解决方法等八部分。值笔者工作六十周年之际,拟以此拙文为推进生产服务,更冀同行、读者斧正。
