我院在总结了海南粗榧总生物碱治疗白血病30例和其单碱三尖杉酯碱治疗白血病35例,有较好疗效后,除继续扩大三尖杉酯碱的验证外,又对异三尖杉酯碱、高三尖杉酯碱、脱氧三尖杉酯碱治疗白血病的疗效进行了对比观察,连以前的35例共90例。现总结报告如下一般资料病例选择:本院内科、儿科自1974年3月～1976年9月,共收治急慢性白血病161例。除治疗不到一个疗程,观察不足两周和联合应用其它抗癌药物治疗
