目的:建立测定六味地黄浓缩丸中马钱苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS-2(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈为流动相A,以0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B;流速1ml/min;检测波长为236nm;柱温30℃。结果:马钱苷在0.040~2.002μg范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为1.65%。结论:本法准确可靠,简便迅速,适用于测定六味地黄浓缩丸中马钱苷的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of loganin content in Liuwei Dihuang Pill. Methods: HPLC was used. The column was Hypersil ODS-2(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm). Acetonitrile was used as the mobile phase A. The mobile phase was 0.05% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was 1ml/min. The detection wavelength was 236 nm; column temperature 30°C. RESULTS: The loganin had a good linearity in the range of 0.040~2.002 μg (r=0.9999), the average recovery was 100.0%, RSD was 1.65%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, simple and rapid, suitable for the determination of curcumin content in Liuwei Dihuang Pill.
