研究了MMH/KCl和MMH/AlCl_3,钻井液体系的抑制性、流变性和滤失性能,考察了传统降滤失剂的作用效果。实验结果表明,KCl和AlCl_3,可提高MMH正电胶钻井液的抑制性,采用MMH/KCl或MMH/AlCl_3钻井液可更有效地抑制强造浆地层的造浆问题。常规降滤失剂在该类钻井液中具有良好的降滤失效果,但对钻井液流变性的影响较复杂。
The inhibitory, rheological and fluid loss properties of MMH / KCl and MMH / AlCl3 drilling fluid systems were investigated. The effects of traditional fluid loss additives were investigated. The experimental results show that KCl and AlCl3 can improve the inhibition of MMH positive gel drilling fluid, and the use of MMH / KCl or MMH / AlCl3 drilling fluid can more effectively restrain the slurry formation in the strong slurry zone. The conventional fluid loss reducer has a good effect of reducing fluid loss in such drilling fluids, but has a more complicated influence on the fluid rheology of drilling fluid.
