本文以我国建设和谐社会与收入分配差距扩大并存为起点,阐述改革开放以来收入分配制度的沿革,说明效率与公平的辩证关系,认为目前在贯彻收入分配制度的过程中,应高度重视收入分配差距持续扩大的趋势,把解决公平问题作为矛盾的主要方面,找准问题与原因,采取有力措施,妥善解决分配领域存在的突出问题,促进我国社会健康、和谐发展。
