最近,国家教委成人教育司司长董明传接受了本刊记者的采访,就发展高等职业教育的意义,成人高等教育改革及其与高等职业教育的关系等问题发表了意见。他指出,从中国的实际情况看,发展高等职业教育必须充分利用现有高等教育资源,如果另设新摊子,既不利于高等教育结构的调整和改革,教育的投资效益也不高。成人高校特别是独立设置的学校发展高等职业教育具有明显的优势,但就目前的情况看,还需要加大改革
