本文主要阐述利用色谱技术快速对微生物作用后原油中所含的含量正构烷烃进行定性、定量变化测定,确定最佳的实验条件与方法,选择最短且高分离效率的色谱柱,达到快速准确的分析,并通过色谱工作站对数据处理获得C数分布、Pr/Ph、主碳峰值等资料,用已确定微生物是否对原油起到了降解作用,进一步可验证微生物质量。
