依据Al基体极易被烧碱水溶液腐蚀,而TiC和AlN陶瓷粒子化学稳定性很高而不易被碱水溶液腐蚀的特点,采用10%NaOH腐蚀法对TiC-AlN/Al复合材料进行了两种增强体的体积分数的分别定量测定。实验证明这种方法对自生金属基复合材料增强体体积分数的测定简单、有效,从而对更精确的研究自生金属基复合材料微观组织与力学性能的关系提供了良好的数据基础。
