高校团学组织是高校校园建设的重要力量。新形势下,我国高校团学工作出现了一些新情况。本文围绕这些新情况,分析团学组织存在的组织建设不健全、发展不均衡与后备力量培养薄弱等问题,总结出目前高校团学组织运行的现状及特点。从学生工作角度出发,提出应对这些问题的策略和思路,并从加强学校团委对团学组织的指导作用、团支部建设与完善干部培养机制等方面提出了建议。目的旨在让团学组织在校园建设中发挥更大的作用,同时提升团学干部的综合素养,为社会发展输送更多的优秀人才。
The college group learning organization is an important force in college campus construction. Under the new situation, some new situations have emerged in the college and university student work in our country. Based on these new situations, this article analyzes the problems existing in the CYL organizations, such as the unsound organization construction, the unbalanced development and the weak reserve reserve strength. It summarizes the current situation and the characteristics of the CYL organizations in colleges and universities. From the point of view of students’ work, this paper puts forward the strategies and ideas to deal with these problems, and puts forward suggestions from strengthening the guiding role of school league committees in the study of League organizations, building the League branch and improving the training mechanism of cadres. The purpose is to enable CYL organizations to play a greater role in the construction of the campus while enhancing the overall quality of CYL leaders and delivering more outstanding talents for social development.
