在道路施工中对于碎石垫层和砂石基础都要进行密实度试验,试验方法是将压好的基础挖一个试坑,量得试坑体积称其挖出的结构物的重量,计算湿容重,当求得含水量后再计算出干容重。现行规范中要求用灌砂法求得试坑体积,因灌砂法试验工具比较多,去工地携带不便,试验方法和计算方法都比较复杂,所以工地都不喜欢用。很多单位都习惯用过去的老方法,即在结构层中挖一个40cm×40cm
