大量的浆膜腔积液是各种晚期肿瘤病人常见的并发症，病人痛苦大，以往治疗方法效果差，且由此引起的呼吸、循环衰竭亦是加速病人死亡的原因之一。我们采用全身化疗和浆膜腔内注射IL-2治疗观察20例病人，收到良好效果，现对其疗效分析如下。
