基于啮合原理推导出由齿条形刀具和轮形刀具加工的直齿渐开线变位齿轮或标准齿轮,检测其齿形误差时的起测长度和测量长度的计算公式。该公式是对现有手册中只讨论齿条形刀具加工标准齿轮情况的较全面的补充和完善。
Based on the principle of meshing, the calculating formulas of the measuring length and the measuring length of the involute gear or standard gear machined by the rack-shaped cutter and the wheel cutter are deduced.
