压砖是生产陶瓷锦砖的主要工序之一,在生产过程中冲压成型时产生大量粉尘,工作面粉尘浓度高达65毫克/米~3。为消除粉尘的危害,保护工人健康,该厂在广东省劳研所的配合下,于1980年设计安装了30吨摩擦压砖机的通风除尘系统。经过现场多次测试,有关技术参数基本达到设计要求,防尘效果良好,工人呼吸带的粉尘浓度由高达65毫克/米~3降至平均3.6毫克/米~3,平均降尘率达94.5%。
