为了贯彻落实《国务院关于清理、检查小金库的通知》(以下简称《通知》),现对有关事项规定如下: 一、清理小金库的范围和时限。这次清理和检查,主要是各级党政领导、人民团体、全民所有制和集体所有制企业和事业单位,以及这些单位所属的各种劳动服务公司,有偿服务机构、第三产业、协会、学会、基金会等(以下简称各单位),在一九八八年、一九八九年列入小金库的各项收支及历年滚存的小金库结余。上述单位及其所属的内部各级单位和企业的分厂、车间、班组,科(处)室等都要进行清理和检查。
